  3. confirmation that the operations referred in paragraphs 1 and 2 have been made known, also regarding their content, for those whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except where this requirement is impossible to imply or involves use of means clearly disproportionate to the protected law.

the right to object in whole or in part:

  1. for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection
