Collanti Concorde offers a range of solutions for industrial applications, ranging from products for raised floors, to sandwich panels used for insulation in the field of construction, for the manufacture of caravans, the interiors of refrigerated lorries and for building façades. The products are polyurethane, single component or two part and are cured by using a catalyst. ST polymer products have been developed recently and are free from solvents, amines and isocyanates and hazard labelling, but capable of guaranteeing a high-performance bondline.
GLUES FOR SPECIFIC APPLICATIONS
Glue for raised floors
PROTOPUR 2151/2C
Two-component thixotropic polyurethane adhesive, to be catalysed at a 5:1 ratio with CTZ 2151 B CATALYSER, for general use. Particularly recommended for the production of sandwich panels and brickwork covers, ceramic materials, fibre cement, polystyrene and polyurethane foam, extruded polystyrene and polyurethane, metals, galvanised sheet and wood. Easy to apply even by hand.
PROTOFIX 580
Highly flexibilised moisture-hardening polyurethane adhesive, capable of bonding together materials such as: metals, polystyrene foam, fibre cement, polyester, phenolic laminates and mineral wool. Suitable for attaching feet.
DELTAVIL 440 /2C
Two-component special adhesive, based on polyvinyl acetate copolymers, suitable for gluing wood materials such as plywood, chipboard, fibre cement, with plastic laminate, HPL-CPL, impregnated paper, primed aluminium, linoleum, PVC. With catalyser CTZ F15 at 5%.
Available in 30 kg packs, 400 and 1000 kg tanks.
DELTAVIL 200 /2C CONDUTTIVO
Two-component adhesive based on polyvinyl acetate copolymers, suitable for gluing aluminium sheets onto absorbent surfaces. Specific for applications where the electric conductivity of the bonding is important (e.g. raised flooring production). With catalyser CTZ F15 at 5%.
Available in 25 kg packs, 400 and 1000 kg tanks.
DELTAVIL AZ 75
Ready-to-use single-component adhesive in water-based dispersion, suitable for bonding ceramic tiles onto absorbent surfaces indoors. Specific for bonding ceramic tiles on panels for raised floors in chipboard, calcium sulphate, fibre cement, wood concrete, etc.
Available in 25 kg packs and 250 kg straight drums for follower plate pumps.
DELTAVIL F44
Adhesive based on polyvinyl acetate copolymers. It is suitable for bonding plastic materials on wooden supports, especially for foil wooden surfaces or derivatives with synthetic or plastic decorations, such as PVC. Excellent thermal resistance and adhesion. To improve the performance, we suggest and addition of 4-5% CTZ F 15.
ISOBOND NO FIRE
Isocyanates – free moisture curing adhesive based on silane terminated polymers. Isobond no fire is used as adhesive for coating building to wood floors, to bond panels for continuous walls and ceiling panels, plasterboard panels, laminated plastic, fiberglass, and metallic structures, and as well as for bonding structures that are subject to vibrations or materials with different thermal expansion ratios. it is always necessary that at least one of the materials to be bonded gives a contribution in water to the glue line. Its self-extinguishing properties render it suitable for use in products with specific flammability requirements. Available: Certificate of Approval (Form B) and Surveillance Form (Form D) issued by RINA in accordance with European (EU) regulations, duly established by international regulations (IMO).

Glue for flat lamination
PUROSTIK FL 320
Moisture-hardening hygroreactive hot-melt polyurethane for flat lamination with high initial grab and medium/long open time. Suitable for coating MDF, chipboard, multilayer and other supports with sheets of PVC, PPL, CPL, sliced veneer. The cross-linked glued joint displays excellent moisture and heat resistance and good elasticity at low temperatures.
PUROSTIK FL 327
Moisture-hardening hygroreactive hot-melt polyurethane for flat lamination with instant grab and medium open time. Suitable for coating MDF, chipboard, multilayer and other supports with sheets of PVC, PPL, CPL, sliced veneer.

ISOBOND ALFA 3

XILEPOX A+B
Two-component epoxy adhesive with exceptional transparency of the bond line. It is suitable for various couplings, including glass-glass, glass-marble, glass-paper, glass-veneer, glass-varnished materials. Other materials must be checked in advance.
ISOBOND PKE
Single-component, moisture-hardening adhesive, based on terminal silane polymer, no risk labelling. It forms a strong and elastic bond line. Also suitable for bonding stoneware, marble and stones to all types of substrates.
