It is catalysed at 12% by weight and suitably mixed with the CTZ F17 catalyst. Certificate of Approval (Module B) and Surveillance Module (Module D) are available, issued by RINA in compliance with European provisions (EC regulations), ascertained by international standards (IMO).

EXTRABOND NO FIRE
Self-extinguishing adhesive based on terminal silane polymers, suitable for bonding materials such as: metals, expanded polystyrene, fibre cement, polyester, cementitious materials. Its self-extinguishing characteristics make it suitable for the production of products with flammability restrictions. In fact, it is used to assemble solar panels, build regulation-grade partitions and coat wood floors, bond fire-resistant wall and false ceiling panels, plasterboard panels, plastic laminates, fibreglass and metal structures, to bond structures subject to vibrations or materials with different thermal expansions. Form B and Form D are available, issued by RINA in compliance with European provisions (EC regulations), ascertained by international standards (IMO).
Available in 600 ml packs, 25 kg straight drums, 300 kg straight drums for follower plate pumps.

ZINCOFIX 75
Adhesive made with inorganic binders that make it fully non-combustible, with no fumes produced in the event of fire. It is suitable for bonding absorbent surfaces, such as: silicates, cement, plasterboard, mica, mineral wool (stone wool, glass wool), expanded polystyrene. Form B and Form D are available, issued by RINA in compliance with European provisions (EC regulations), ascertained by international standards (IMO). The Certificate on the Determination of the Net Calorific Value, issued by ISTITUTO GIORDANO in compliance with the UNI EN ISO 1716:200 5 standard, is available.

ISOBOND NO FIRE
Isocyanates – free moisture curing adhesive based on silane terminated polymers. Isobond no fire is used as adhesive for coating building to wood floors, to bond panels for continuous walls and ceiling panels, plasterboard panels, laminated plastic, fiberglass, and metallic structures, and as well as for bonding structures that are subject to vibrations or materials with different thermal expansion ratios. it is always necessary that at least one of the materials to be bonded gives a contribution in water to the glue line. Its self-extinguishing properties render it suitable for use in products with specific flammability requirements. Available: Certificate of Approval (Form B) and Surveillance Form (Form D) issued by RINA in accordance with European (EU) regulations, duly established by international regulations (IMO).

PUROSTIK FL 325 RAPID
Moisture-curing reactive hot-melt polyurethane adhesive for Flat Lamination with very high initial grip and medium-long open time. It is suitable for bonding materials such as MDF and PVC/ POLYSTYRENE/ALUMINUM and it is particularly suitable on plastic materials. The cross-linked glue joint shows excellent resistance to humidity and heat and a good elasticity at low temperatures. The product is additivated with UV tracer.

PROTOVIL M31
Polyvinyl acetate glue in aqueous dispersion, with very high drying speed, specifically designed to give water-resistant gluing in compliance with EN 204 D3 standards (certificate available on request). PROTOVIL M31 is used for the manufacture of pre-finished parquet, honeycomb panels for furniture and doors, parts of bathroom furniture, parts of modular kitchens, tops, blockboards for cladding, and for all wood-to-wood bonding where good resistance to water is required. Its self-extinguishing characteristics make it suitable for the production of products with flammability restrictions. The Approval Certificate (Module B) and the Surveillance Module (Module D) are available, issued by RINA according to the European prescriptions (CE standards), verified by international standards (IMO).

PROTOPUR AE 700/2C
Two-component polyurethane adhesive with limited propagation of flame characteristics and low calorific value. Suitable for bonding different types of materials: plaster board, wood, cement, galvanized sheet iron, steel, aluminium, rock wool, foam polystyrene, foam polyurethane, ceramic tiles. Mix ratio at 25% with catalyst CTZ F17.
The Approval Certificate (Module B) n°257523CS and the Surveillance Module (Module D) are available, issued by RINA according to the European prescriptions (CE standards), verified by international standards (IMO).
