Moisture curing adhesive based on silane terminated polymers, Isocyanate-free. ISOBOND NO FIRE is used as an adhesive for the construction of wooden floor coverings, for the bonding of fire-resistant wall and ceiling panels, plasterboard panels, plastic laminate, fiberglass and metal structures, bonding of structures subject to vibrations or materials with different thermal expansions. In any case, it is necessary that at least one of the parts to be glued contributes of water to the adhesive line. The fire-performance characteristics make it suitable to produce products for which there are restrictions on flammability. The Approval Certificate (Module B) and the Surveillance Module (Module D) are available, issued by RINA according to the European prescriptions (CE standards), verified by international standards (IMO).
ZINCOFIX 75 is an adhesive based on specific inorganic binders that render it completely non-combustible, with absolutely zero smog emissions in the event of a fire. It is suitable for bonding porous surfaces, such as silicates, cement, plasterboard, mica, mineral wool (rock wool, glass wool, etc.), polystyrene foam, etc. Available: Certificate of Approval (Form B) and Surveillance Form (Form D) issued by RINA in accordance with European (EU) regulations, duly established by international regulations (IMO). Available: Certificate of Calorific Power Determination issued by the GIORDANO INSTITUTE according to the UNI EN ISO 1716:2005 standard.
EXTRABOND NO FIRE is an adhesive with limited flammability based on silaneterminated hygro hardening polymers, suitable for bonding various materials, such as metals, polystyrene, fibre cement, polyester, cementitious materials, etc. The product has been classified as eco-friendly thanks to its special composition. Its fire-performance properties render it suitable for use in products with specific flammability requirements. In fact, it is often used for installing solar panels, constructing partitions and walls, installing wood floors, bonding fireproof wall and ceiling panels, plasterboard panels, laminated plastics, fibreglass and metallic structures, as well as for bonding structures that are subject to vibrations or materials with different thermal expansion ratios. Available: Certificate of Approval (Form B) and Surveillance Form (Form D) issued by RINA in accordance with European (EU) regulations, duly established by international regulations (IMO).
Two-component polyurethane adhesive with limited flammability characteristics and low calorific value. Suitable for bonding different types of materials: plaster board, wood, cement, galvanized sheet iron, steel, aluminium, rock wool, foam polystyrene, foam polyurethane, ceramic tiles. The mix ratio is at 25% and appropriately mixed with catalyst CTZ F17. The following RINA certificates are available: EC Type-Examination Certificate (Module B) and the Production Quality Assurance (Module D) in accordance with the European rules (EC norms), verified by the international norms (IMO).
Adhesive with limited flammability based on special resins moisture curing suitable for bonding different types of materials: metals, expanded polystyrene, asbestos cement, polyesters, phenolic laminates. It is always necessary that at least one of the materials to be bonded gives a contribution in water to the adhesive line. The peculiar fire-performance characteristics make it particularly suitable for the manufacturing of materials where characteristics of inflammability are required. The following RINA certificates are available: EC Type-Examination Certificate (Module B) and the Production Quality Assurance (Module D) in accordance with the European rules (EC norms), verified by the international norms (IMO).
