The GEV EMICODE label is the international benchmark for the classification of building products with very low emissions of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs). EMICODE certification means not only complying with, but exceeding, the most stringent requirements in terms of health and environmental protection, actively contributing to the creation of so-called “green building.”

PROTOVIL 2821

Acetovinyl adhesive in aqueous dispersion, low TVOC content, suitable for bonding PVC sheets or impregnated papers of different weights to absorbent substrates such as masonite, chipboard, MDF, and plywood with bonding characteristics suitable for the production of furniture backs, furniture parts, semi-finished products, etc. It generates a water-resistant adhesive line. It is suitable for bonding various types of PPL-based decorations (with and without primer on the back) provided it is catalyzed at 4-5% with our CTZ F 15 hardener. In this case, the glue has a pot life of about one hour, within which it must be used.

DELTAVIL 440/2C

Two-component vinyl acetate adhesive in aqueous dispersion, suitable for bonding plastic laminate, continuous laminate, impregnated paper, primed aluminum, linoleum, PVC sheets and rolls to wood-based materials (plywood, chipboard, fiber cement). The product must be catalyzed at 5% by weight with CTZ F15, which improves its bonding performance.

PUROSTIK EB 110

Hot melt reactive polyurethane for neutral edging, with fast setting and adhesive versatility, even in cold weather. It is suitable for bonding primed plastic edges (ABS, PVC, PP, etc.), solid wood, veneer, impregnated paper, HPL/CPL. The cross-linked adhesive joint has excellent resistance to humidity and heat and good elasticity at low temperatures.

PROTOVIL D3 EXTRA

High-performance vinyl acetate adhesive in aqueous dispersion, specifically designed to provide water- and temperature-resistant bonding in compliance with EN 204 D3 and WATT 91 standards. After adding the appropriate CTZ F 15 catalyst at 5% by weight, it produces water-resistant bonds that comply with EN 204 D4 standards (certificates available on request). PROTOVIL D3 EXTRA is used for the manufacture of pre-finished parquet flooring, doors and windows, bathroom furniture components, wood components for tropical climates, modular kitchen components, countertops, cabinet doors, and for all wood-to-wood bonding applications where good water and temperature resistance is required. Range of fireproof products specifically designed for bonding in the marine sector. The products meet RINA requirements in accordance with European (CE) regulations as verified by international standards (IMO). This family includes polyurethane products, adhesives based on moisture-curing silane-terminated polymers, and an adhesive based on inorganic binders. The products are characterized by their self-extinguishing properties, their flexibility, and their ability to bond a variety of materials together.

PROTOPUR AE 150

Adesivo autoestinguente a base di resine speciali indurenti con l’umidità, capace di incollare fra loro materiali quali: metalli, polistirolo espanso, fibrocemento, poliestere, laminati fenolici. E’ in ogni caso necessario che almeno una delle parti da incollare dia un contributo d’acqua alla linea collante. Le caratteristiche di autoestinguenza lo rendono adatto alla produzione di manufatti per cui ci siano restrizioni relative all’infiammabilità. Sono disponibili il Certificato di Approvazione (Modulo B) ed il Modulo di Sorveglianza (Modulo D) rilasciati dal RINA secondo le prescrizioni europee (norme CE), accertate dalle normative internazionali (IMO).

PROTOPUR AE 500 /2C

Two-component polyurethane adhesive with limited flame spread and low calorific value. Suitable for bonding various materials such as: plasterboard, wood, concrete, galvanized sheet metal, steel, aluminum, rock wool, expanded polystyrene, expanded polyurethane, ceramic tiles. It must be catalyzed at 12% by weight and properly mixed with the CTZ F17 catalyst. The Certificate of Approval (Form B) and the Surveillance Form (Form D) issued by RINA in accordance with European requirements (EC standards), verified by international regulations (IMO), are available.

PROTOPUR AE 700/2C

Two-component polyurethane adhesive with low calorific value and very high cohesive strength. Suitable for bonding various materials such as: plasterboard, wood, concrete, galvanized sheet metal, steel, aluminum, rock wool, expanded polystyrene, expanded polyurethane. It must be catalyzed at 25% by weight and properly mixed with the CTZ F17 catalyst. The Certificate of Approval (Form B) and the Surveillance Form (Form D) issued by RINA in accordance with European requirements (EC standards), verified by international regulations (IMO), are available.

EXTRABOND NO FIRE

Collante autoestinguente a base di polimeri silano terminali igroindurenti, adatto all’incollaggio di materiali quali: metalli, polistirolo espanso, fibrocemento, poliestere, materiali cementizi. Le caratteristiche di autoestinguenza lo rendono adatto alla produzione di manufatti per cui ci siano restrizioni relative all’infiammabilità. Viene infatti utilizzato per il montaggio di pannelli solari, per la costruzione di partizioni di classe e di rivestimenti a pavimenti lignei, per l’incollaggio di pannelli per pareti e controsoffitti resistenti al fuoco, pannelli in cartongesso, laminato plastico, vetroresina e strutture metalliche, per incollaggi di strutture soggette a vibrazioni o di materiali con dilatazioni termiche diverse. Sono disponibili il Modulo B ed il Modulo D rilasciati dal RINA secondo le prescrizioni europee (norme CE), accertate dalle normative internazionali (IMO). Disponibile in confezioni unipack da 600 ml, fusti lisci da 25 kg, fusti lisci per piatto premente da 300 kg.

ZINCOFIX 75

Adhesive based on inorganic binders that make it completely non-combustible with no smoke development in case of fire. It is suitable for bonding absorbent surfaces such as silicates, cement, plasterboard, mica, mineral wool (rock wool, glass wool), and expanded polystyrene. Modules B and D are available, issued by RINA in accordance with European requirements (EC standards) and verified by international regulations (IMO). The Calorific Value Determination Certificate issued by ISTITUTO GIORDANO in accordance with UNI EN ISO 1716:2005 is available.

ISOBOND NO FIRE

Isocianate-free adhesive based on moisture-curing silane-terminated polymers. ISOBOND NO FIRE is used as an adhesive for installing wood flooring, bonding fire-resistant wall and ceiling panels, plasterboard, plastic laminate, fiberglass, and metal structures, and bonding structures subject to vibration or materials with different thermal expansion coefficients. In any case, at least one of the parts to be bonded must contribute water to the adhesive line. Its self-extinguishing properties make it suitable for the production of products subject to flammability restrictions. The Certificate of Approval (Form B) and the Surveillance Form (Form D) issued by RINA in accordance with European requirements (EC standards), as verified by international regulations (IMO), are available.

PUROSTIK FL 325 RAPID

Poliuretano hot melt igroreattivo per Flat Lamination con altissima presa iniziale e tempo aperto medio-lungo. È idoneo all’incollaggio di materiali quali MDF e PVC/ POLISTIROLO/ALLUMINIO; particolarmente indicato su materiali plastici. Il giunto collante reticolato mostra un’ottima resistenza all’umidità ed al calore ed una buona elasticità alle basse temperature. Sono disponibili il Certificato di Approvazione (Modulo B) ed il Modulo di Sorveglianza (Modulo D) rilasciati dal RINA secondo le prescrizioni europee (norme CE), accertate dalle normative internazionali (IMO).

PROTOVIL M31

Acetovinyl glue in aqueous dispersion with extremely fast drying, specifically designed to provide water-resistant bonding in compliance with EN 205:2016 D3 standards (certificate available on request). PROTOVIL M31 is used in the manufacture of prefinished parquet flooring, hollow-core panels for furniture and doors, bathroom furniture components, modular kitchen components, countertops, blockboard for cladding, and for all wood-to-wood bonding applications where good water resistance is required. Its self-extinguishing properties make it suitable for the production of products subject to flammability restrictions. The Certificate of Approval (Form B) and the Surveillance Form (Form D) issued by RINA in accordance with European requirements (EC standards), as verified by international regulations (IMO), are available.
