Single-component, moisture-curing polyurethane adhesive capable of creating water-resistant bonds between the following materials: metals, expanded polystyrene, fiber cement, polyester, phenolic laminates, etc. It is used in the manufacture of caravans, continuous wall panels, cold rooms, insulating panels and doors, etc. Can also be used as a moisture-curing polyurethane binder to agglomerate absorbent and non-absorbent materials of various kinds. Creates a moderately flexible, tough structure.

IDROPUR MONO 20

Single-component polyurethane adhesive in aqueous dispersion to be used without the addition of a cross-linking agent, designed for 3D bonding of primed thermoplastic laminates on wooden substrates using a membrane press or vacuum presses.
IDROPUR MONO 20 is solvent-free, has high initial adhesion and a low reactivation temperature. IDROPUR MONO 20 also has high resistance to heat and hydrolysis without the need for addition of an isocyanate-based cross-linking agent, making bonding operations simpler and safer.

XILOBOND T 15®

Single-component moisture-curing liquid adhesive, formulated with special high-performance polyurethane resins, and can be used for bonding on resinous woods (white spruce, red spruce, pine) for the production of wooden load-bearing structures according to standard EN 15425:2017.
Specifically recommended for bonding wood used in the production of laminated panels, blockboard panels for exterior doors and windows, and semi-finished products subject to high humidity exposure. Suitable for bonding heat-treated wood species (such as THERMOWOOD®) in non-structural applications.. It does not contain formaldehyde, heavy metals, or adhesive fibers.

PROTOVIL M31

Acetovinyl glue in aqueous dispersion with extremely fast drying, specifically designed to provide water-resistant bonding in compliance with EN 205:2016 D3 standards (certificate available on request). PROTOVIL M31 is used in the manufacture of prefinished parquet flooring, hollow-core panels for furniture and doors, bathroom furniture components, modular kitchen components, countertops, blockboard for cladding, and for all wood-to-wood bonding applications where good water resistance is required. Its self-extinguishing properties make it suitable for the production of products subject to flammability restrictions. The Certificate of Approval (Form B) and the Surveillance Form (Form D) issued by RINA in accordance with European requirements (EC standards), as verified by international regulations (IMO), are available.

ISOBOND NO FIRE

Isocianate-free adhesive based on moisture-curing silane-terminated polymers. ISOBOND NO FIRE is used as an adhesive for installing wood flooring, bonding fire-resistant wall and ceiling panels, plasterboard, plastic laminate, fiberglass, and metal structures, and bonding structures subject to vibration or materials with different thermal expansion coefficients. In any case, at least one of the parts to be bonded must contribute water to the adhesive line. Acetovinyl adhesive in aqueous dispersion, low TVOC content, suitable for bonding PVC sheets or impregnated papers of different weights to absorbent substrates such as masonite, chipboard, MDF, and plywood with bonding characteristics suitable for the production of furniture backs, furniture parts, semi-finished products, etc. It generates a water-resistant adhesive line. It is suitable for bonding various types of PPL-based decorations (with and without primer on the back) provided it is catalyzed at 4-5% with our CTZ F 15 hardener. In this case, the glue has a pot life of about one hour, within which it must be used. GEV certified product with very low emissions, license no. 14175/03.08.21. PROTOVIL 348

PROTOVIL 348

Single-component water-based adhesive made from high-quality resins, suitable for laminating decorative PVC sheets, impregnated and non-impregnated ALKORCELL paper, including glossy or particularly difficult types, onto absorbent substrates such as chipboard, plywood, and MDF. It allows processing on calenders with high feed speeds (30-40 m/minute) at low operating temperatures (130-140°C). The resulting bond is plasto-elastic and offers good temperature resistance. Also suitable for cold pressing processes with various materials. To further improve the mechanical characteristics and chemical resistance, allowing PP and PPL bonding, PROTOVIL 348 can be catalyzed with CTZ F 15 up to 5% by weight.
